Soul Connection

I just finished a week long process of doing a Visioning for a Soul Friend and was re-minded of our powerful connections to Spirit and to each other.

Going into meditation every day with the Intention of "hearing" Spirits message of the Highest Vision for someone else, required that "I" get out of the way. Let Go of my ideas and beliefs and TRUST the SOURCE.

This is an excellent practice to bring one into harmony with the SILENCE.

The Presence and the Power.

Again, I am shown how synchronicity works in the Universe, for as I settled into really Listening and Hearing the Messages, I was Opened to hearing some for myself.

The Power of Choice and Intention.

The Energy of Love and Service.

The Freedom of Letting Go

I am in the process of re- membering.

Putting myself back together the way Spirit Intended.

I "dis-membered" myself through fear, pain, anger and attachment. All of these energies took me away from Center and into the outer chaos of Thinking. I can FEEL the "real" parts of me spiraling back in, clicking into place, and piece by piece, re- building the TRUE vision that Spirit has for me. I have to be willing to "make room". Letting Go of cherished beliefs and ideas of the way I think things should be.

I will keep knocking at the door of my consciousness

until....

Every No becomes a YES

Every Negation an Affirmation

EVERY FEAR A FAITH!!

The Path and The Gift

I've been re-reading some Carlos Castenada in between the other 3 or 4 books I have going and ran across this quote, which I took into Meditation this morning...............

"Keep in mind that a path is only a path.

If you feel you should not follow it, you must not stay with it under any condition.

This is not an affront to oneself or to others,

If dropping it is what your heart tells you to do.

Your decision to stay on the path or leave it must be free of fear or ambition.

Try as many times as you think necessary.

Then ask yourself, alone, one question.

Does this Path have Heart?

A Path with Heart will make for a joyful journey.

A Path without Heart will make you curse life.

One makes you strong; the other weak. "

WOW! So I took that One Question into Meditation.............Does MY PATH have HEART?

Struggling with challenges at work and at home, I asked for Clarity and Guidance......

The Message, The Answer was pretty short and sweet..............

The Path You are on IS HEART

The Path you are on IS LOVE

Yours is a Heart filled to overflowing with LOVE.

You Know how to Love Others

NOW

LOVE YOURSELF!!

Wherever you GO and Whatever you Do

You will take the Path with You.

Following this, came a series of pictures of situations and how different they would be without my Loving Heart. How would some of my stories look if I had someone like me in my life? Well, I do, ME!! My Intention to be a Beneficial Presence in the World, includes ME. Both work and home are canvasses where I can express my Gifts and Talents. Places I can contribute in Service. But, I must remember to be In Service to myself as well.

Magical Universe - Magical Me

Today was one of those days that started out Magical and transformed everything into Magic!!

What do I mean by Magical? Special, beautiful, flowing and full of LIFE!!

During my meditation I asked to "See" who I really was. The picture that "GOD" has of me on the refrigerator........................

Here is the message I received and the rest of the day was "Present"

Magical Child

Sparkling Eyes

Smiling Face

Laughing Heart

Floating

Soaring

Beams of Light

Shimmering Stars

Beauty

Through and Through

Raindrops Delight

Singing Joy

The Dolphin, The Wolf, The Hummingbird

Snow Angel

Snowflake

Unique

Perfect

One as One

Dancing Feet

New Pathways

Love

Constant Companion

Magical Child

And So It IS!!!

I Am

Moving now to complete the Circle of Ritual I move to the West, domain of St. Gabriel. Heavenly herald, dissolving fear, preparing for change with the setting Sun. Moving into the receptive night to awaken to New Possibilities. This direction stirs me to seek quiet Harmony.

Easily and Effortlessly I slip into the North and join with St. Uriel. Here I rest under his watchful eye and let go of control. Here the path is revealed more clearly without the distractions of the world. Clarity and Purpose are instilled and distilled.

NOW

Centered

Balanced

Grateful

I step forward into each day, renewed, walking in The Presence. Living as Light, for I have come to Inspire the Opening of Hearts and the Creation of Dreams.

As I move to the South in my Solstice Ritual, I find St. Michael, Guardian of Eden. I find MY Eden...............Love, Joy and Wisdom. My 2nd Intention for the coming year is to Live in Spiritual Integrity. To Walk my Talk, to let my Life be Spirit in Action. To be a Beneficial Presence in the Universe. Clarity and Guidance from the One Source flows freely through me.

I find Peace in NOW!! I am not hindered by the past or frightened by the future.

I do not have to DO, I only have to BE.

The Winter Solstice is a great time of healing, transition and promise for me. This painting represents my "Sacred Space". I travel here in my mind to meditate, to vision, to become and BE Cause.

Creating a circle of light, I face each of the Four directions for Inspiration and Vision.

As posted earlier my first of four Intentions for 2006 - Live my Life on Purpose

As I stand outside of Time and Space in the place of the East and call on St. Raphael - Healer, Guardian of Wind and Tempest I am Healed in Body, Mind and Soul. Free to live my Life AS the Purpose I was Created for. For I KNOW that the ONE Created me uniquely ON Purpose and For a Purpose.

It is my Choice then, moment to moment.

I release the past and move confidently and gracefully into NOW.

Power of Intention

The Cycle of the full Circle
A quiet mind reveals

What will I choose?

In meditation this morning, I was overwhelmed with a sense of Unconditional LOVE.....For myself...For my husband.....For my family....FOR THE WORLD....For ALL of CREATION!!!
Very Powerful!!

The ego then inserted several "buts" leading me to contemplate the difference between Unconditional Love and Unconditional Indifference :)

Unconditional Love requires letting go of attachment to outcomes and the need to be right.
In my relationship with the CREATOR, I FEEL the warmth of this LOVE, but also the loss of control on how the relationship unfolds. Indifference is to "not care" and so releases attachment. Unconditional Love is to Care so Much that the outcome is secondary and the primary desire to "Will the Good".
How often do we fall into attachment or indifference in our personal relationships, not looking to other options that fulfill and expand us??

One of my Intentions for 2006 is to "Live my Life on Purpose".....Awake, Aware and Conscious.
This requires me to let go of attachment and control and yet find that perfect balanced stance of LOVE and Acceptance for myself and others.
WOW!!

I know that as I Love, I am Loved.
Interesting how the ego resists growth when the outcome is knows to be a Glorious Transformation!!
